Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, with all parts, accessories and packaging, and you have your order number or proof of purchase. For orders in Saudi Arabia, the exceptions set by the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its regulations apply.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us quickly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review it and put it right.

How to start a return

Email support@k7plus.com (or WhatsApp +966 57 939 1497 in Saudi Arabia) before sending anything back. We'll send you return instructions once your request is accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and check the returned item, we'll let you know the result. Refunds go back to your original payment method where possible, and your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

This policy doesn't limit any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
