Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. The US collection is available for delivery to the United States. Available shipping options and final charges appear at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Our current US shipping estimate is 1–3 business days for packing, followed by 3–8 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. See the shipping policy for details.

How do I track my order?

When tracking becomes available, you'll receive a shipping update using the contact information on your order.

What currency are prices shown in?

The US store displays prices in US dollars (USD). The final order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping, is shown before payment.

Can I return an item?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes its packaging and accessories. Contact us before sending anything back. Read the returns policy for the complete conditions.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Can I change my address?

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after the order has been dispatched.

Which payment methods can I use?

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. We do not ask you to send payment-card details through our contact form.
